L'Oreal Paris moist matte lipstick review+giveaway

Hello beauties. I am so sorry I have been away for quite some time but I am back. 

Today I am reviewing the L'Oreal Paris moist matte lipstick in "flaming kiss" (R518)

I have been on a hunt for a good coral red lipstick shade and when I was received this shade I was more than happy. This shade suits all Indian skin tones without looking too flashy or tacky. 

What: moist matte lipstick in flaming kiss. 

Packaging: loreal is one of those brands which have a very classy packaging be it their skincare products or makeup. These lipsticks come in a very classy and pretty rose gold coloured rectangular metal container with a swatch of the lipstick shade on one side.

My thoughts: 

 As the name says "moist matte" the lipsticks provides a matte finish. It provides a good colour payoff. I really like this shade as it is not too flashy and suits my skin tone perfectly.

•doesn't settle in fine lines on the lips 

•doesn't transfer( after blotting)

My thoughts :just reading vibrant colour and glitter i was attracted towards the collection. I cant wait to get my hands on this collection. 

Products i am excited about: 

1-Being an eyeliner girl i want to try on the gel matic eye liner which is affordable  and in a way unique with a gel liner in a twist up form 

2- being someone who is always in a rush and wants something that is going to last me the entire day the lipsticks are what i am eyeing on. 

I am definately going to try these products. 

Will be posting a review as soon as i get my hands on them and start using them.

L'Oreal paris caresse shine

hey beauties ,

Its spring / summer time all we pretty girls  don't want to wear a sticky gloss or a heavy lipstick. 

We want something that is light but yet gives us that awesome pout. 

And L'Oreal paris has taken care of those needs with their caresse shine range. 

What L'Oreal says about the Shine Caresse Lip colors :
The next generation lip colour, that combines the texture & shine of a gloss with the long wear of a stain. Delivering a lasting colour with a subtle glossy shine. The unique formula comprised of 30% water and 60% oil provides an exceptionally high level of moisture, allowing for 6hr hydration. Concentrated soluble colour pigments create a subtle wet look with a weightless feeling on lips.

Packaging :

It comes in a very classy ysl type golden coloured tube. It is light weight with a Tranperant section through which one can identify the colour of the stain (which is boon for all the hoarders) 

Purchased: I purchased 3 shades 

1- 605-eve

2- 604-bella 

3- 606-Lolita 

My experience :

I wore the shade 606 Lolita which is mauve ish colour to a formal presentation as i wanted to add just a hint of colour i applied it around 8 am in the morning and checked it only after my presentation got over around 12. It was fairly glossy at this time i had coffee in between and to my surprise it did not transfer like a lipstick which was amazing. 

By 2 pm the gloss had faded but the stain was there on my lips making it look as i was wearing a lipstick when i was not. I had to reapply it around 5:30-6 pm as i was heading over to party and i did applied 3 coats and it was a beautiful opaque mauve colour. The colour is buildable but you want to make sure you apply the second coat only after the first coat sets in. As the colour tends to look darker after it sets it. 

It is definately my favourite lip stain. 

 

Pros:

•light weight (almost like water) 

•glossy 

•non sticky 

•sleek pakaging 

•easy application 

•good staying power 

•buildable colour 

•travel friendly 

•easily available 

•suitable for beginners 

Cons: 

•has to be applied carefully 

• has to be applied several times( on pigmented lips) 

Advise: 

If you have dry lips use a lip butter or lip balm before you apply the stain. Not using a lip balm beneath can make your lips look drier. 

My thoughts:

For a girl like me who prefers gloss and stains over lipstick this product is definately a boon. 

It is perfect for any time of the year. 

It has a soft pleasent scent. 

I dont have to worry about reapplying as it stays on for a good 4-5 hours and even after the gloss fades away the stain is there to stay. Thats a bonus. 

The only thing i disliked about this product was that it needs to applied carefully because it can bleed and once it sets in you cannot erase any mistakes.

Final verdict:

I have been obsessing over these since i got them. I just apply one sheer coat for the day time and build the colour for the night. 

This is definately a must have for all the girls.

What- colorbar coloured mascara 

How: 

1: turn the wand inside the tube and pull upwards

2: clean off excess mascara on the tip of the wand on the rim of the bottle 

3: starting from the roots of your lashes wiggle in an upward motion 

4: apply multiple coats to enhance the colour

Thoughts : 

Since the time i have purchased this mascara my black mascara is pleading some attention! 

It adds a very subtle colour to your everyday look. 

I really liked how it just defines my lashes and adds a subtle hint of colour. 

This is great for working and busy beauties. 

This mascara is available in 3 colours-

-purple ( subtle and sweet) 

-electrifying blue ( grear for clubbing and parties) 

-green

“YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat Foundation Review”

Hey girlies :D 

I hope all you beauties are in the pink of your health. 

This foundation is the best foundation j have ever used. 

Texture:- is light and airy, not watery, not thick. And as soon as it touches your skin it becomes one with your skin. Seriously, this is the minimum amount of effort I have EVER put in for foundation to blend and look absolutely gorgeous on the skin. I like to use fingers to apply this one but brush works fine too. And i have a 8x magnifying mirror and bright white light under which I can’t tell that there is a layer of foundation on my skin when I tested this (multiple times). My skin looks and feels like bare skin.

Coverage :-medium but build-able. One thin layer (1 pump … and my face is kinda big) and I can leave the house without using any concealer anywhere on my face. It covers under eye circles and acne scars well enough to look like your having a very good skin day. Of course,  it wont cover dark circles and spots completely but that is not the job of a foundation. This does what every foundation dreams to do – cover without looking like makeup.  

This foundations looks absolutely amazing and natural. 

Application:- i use one full pump , dot it on my chin , cheeks , nose and forehead. I love using my beauty blender to blend everything in for a flawless finish. 

Its one of the easiest foundations to blend. And it makes me look radiant. It adds the right amount of glow in the required areas. I do not use any powder on top of the foundation. 

 

Staying power:- i am not kidding this foundation stayed on me as it is for 6-7.5/8 hours. I did lots if travelling and also a whole. Lot of activities but this foundation just dint want to slip n slide off my face. 

 

Provided i have combination sensitive skin this foundation dint break me out. 

Pros- • easily blendable 

• buildable coverage 

• doesnt break me out 

•doesnt clog pores

• amazing staying power 

•gives a radiant look 

• smooth texture 

• suitable for everyone 

• wide shade selection to match your needs

L'Oreal paris kajal magique review

Well i am a person who wont leave the house without khol/kajal and also throwing the same in my bag. Double it up as an eyeliner and voila you have 1 product for 2 uses! 

My favorite kajal/khol being the one by faces had to take a step back when i started using the L'Oreal paris kajal magique this is L'Oreal's first ever kajal and yes its ah-ma-zing ! 

I love how the pakaging is sleek and chic. Its also mess free because there is no sharpening required, as it comes in the twist up form.  Well who doesnt like a black n haute pink combination? 

What it claims to be: 

it to be the queen of kajals.

 Enriched with Vitamin E, Cocoa Butter, Olive Oil Esters and Vitamin C Derivative, this kajal claims to be smudge proof for 12 hours, waterproof, non transfer and suitable for contact lens wearers.

Texture: 

The texture is smooth and creamy. 

Colour payoff:

Well its not the blackest of the black kajal 

It needs around 2-4swipes across the waterline to build up the colour, but for the eyeliner this twist up stick is mind -blowing. 

Price: 

Rs 245 /- 

Pros: 

•doesnt smudge! Yes it does what it claims. The longest i had this kajal on my eyelids( as an eyeliner) was 8 hours and it dint smudge even a bit :D 

•reasonable price 

•travel friendly 

•twist up pencil 

•does not irritate the eye ( i wear contacts) 

• decent staying power 

•absolutely waterproof 

• fragrance free

Cons:

•needs 2-4 swipes on the waterline to build up the colour 

•stays for 2-2.5 hours on the waterline 

Verdict:

L'Oreal being one of my fav cosmetic brands i really love this product. Its very convenient to use. Mess proof. Waterproof and all the good things. Its been my everyday kajal (used as eyeliner) since the day i got it. 

Would i repurchase? :

Definately a big big yes! Its very reasonable and which girl wouldnt repurchase a product which doesnt give her racoon eyes! 

Get yours now! Its a worthy product.
